Our user-centered design consultancy process leverages a collaborative team of creative designers, strategists, and developers. This ensures we build informed R&D design solutions that truly understand the needs of both end users and stakeholders.
This process involves 4 critical steps:
Research and Discovery
- Identify target users and stakeholders: Define the primary user groups (e.g., college students, young professionals) and key stakeholders (e.g., college administration, financial advisors).
- Conduct user research: Gather insights into users' financial habits, goals, pain points, and the impact on their overall wellbeing through methods like interviews, surveys, and focus groups.
- Create user personas: Develop detailed personas representing target users, including their financial situations, wellbeing concerns, and motivations.
- Define user requirements: Translate research findings into clear user requirements, prioritising those related to financial management and its impact on mental and physical health.
Design and Prototyping
- Ideation and concept development: Generate design concepts and solutions that address identified user needs and requirements, with a focus on promoting financial literacy, stress reduction, and overall wellbeing.
- Iterative prototyping: Create low-fidelity to high-fidelity prototypes of the proposed design solutions and iteratively refine them based on user feedback from usability testing with college students and young professionals.
- Design specifications: Document detailed design specifications, including user interface designs, interaction flows, and content requirements, emphasising features that support financial management and wellbeing.
