Liverpool John Moores University · 2025–2026
Students learn faster when the brief is real.
We work with LJMU Business School to bring live industry questions into teaching, and to give students contact with the way decisions actually get made.

The challenge
The challenge
Business education can only simulate so much. What students were missing was proximity to the messiness of real decisions — incomplete information, competing pressures, limited time.
The question we were trying to answer
How do we put real questions in front of students without pretending to be their employer?
The approach
What we did
We contribute sessions, live briefs and honest industry perspective, working with academic staff so that it strengthens the module rather than sitting beside it.
The impact
What changed
The collaboration is ongoing. Students get contact with real commercial thinking; the school gets an industry view that is current rather than second-hand.
